NUTCare Rewards is a loyalty points program by NUTRITION PROFESS designed to offer exclusive benefits based on membership tiers. The program consists of 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members enjoy distinct privileges and different points accumulation rates corresponding to their tier.
How to Register:
1. Scan the QR code located on the product packaging or scan an invitation QR code sent by a friend on the company's LINE Official Account (LINE OA).
2. Tap the "Loyalty Member Registration / Earn Points" button on the menu.
3. Fill in your personal information to register.
4. Registration is complete.
How to Claim Your Benefits:
1. Tap the "Loyalty Member Registration / Earn Points" button on the Rich Menu via LINE OA.
2. Fill in your personal information to register.
3. Receive a Gift Voucher instantly upon successful registration.
Instant Registration Benefits:

Points Accumulation System: Points are calculated based on your net purchase amount (after deducting discounts and including shipping fees). The earning rate varies depending on the purchasing channel:
- Direct Company Channels (Telesales, Sale Page): Earn 2 points for every 25 THB spent.
- Online Platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE OA, Facebook): Earn 1 point for every 25 THB spent.
Note: Points will be credited to your account once the order is successfully delivered and not canceled. In the event of an order cancellation, the associated points will be revoked.
Tier Adjustment Policy: Your membership tier may be upgraded, downgraded, or maintained based on your total accumulated points or purchase amount within a 1-year period starting from your last tier adjustment date. If you do not meet the minimum criteria within the year, your tire will be downgraded accordingly.
Membership Tiers & Status Maintenance
Bronze (0 - 199 Points): The welcoming tier for new members.

- Maintain Status: Accumulate a minimum of 100 points to keep your Silver status.
- Downgrade: If you earn fewer than 100 points, your tier will be downgraded.

- Upgrade: Accumulate 900 total points to reach Platinum.
- Maintain Status: Accumulate a minimum of 250 points to keep your Gold status.
- Downgrade: If you earn fewer than 250 points, your tier will be downgraded.

Points Validity & Cut-off Cycle: Accumulated points are valid on a yearly basis (January 1 – December 31). All remaining points will expire at the end of the calendar year. The system resets and begins a new accumulation cycle every January 1st at 00:00.
